בABOVE אנו מציעות תהליך החזרה פשוט כי הלקוחות שלנו הם החשובים לנו ביותר. אנו מציבות את הלקוחות שלנו כערך עליון.
אנו זמינות לכל שאלה או עזרה במייל, אינסטרגם או בוואטסאפ שמופיע בסוף העמוד.
ביטול עסקה
ניתן לבטל עסקה בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), הקובעות כי זכות הביטול תינתן למוצר שמחירו גבוה מ - 50 ,₪ המוחזר במועדים ובתנאים הקבועים בתקנות, בליווי הוכחת קנייה (חשבונית או פתק החלפה), ובלבד שהמוצר לא נפגם, לא נעשה בו כל שימוש והוא מוחזר באריזתו המקורית.
החברה רשאית לגבות דמי ביטול בשיעור של 5% או 100 ₪ משווי העסקה, לפי הנמוך מבניהם.
ברכישה באתר - בתוך 14 יום מיום קבלת המוצר או מיום קבלת החוזה/טופס גילוי נאות לפי המאוחר.
ברכישה בחנות - ניתן לבטל מיום הרכישה ועד תום שני ימים שלאחריו שאינם ימי מנוחה.
החזרות והחלפות
ניתן להחליף מוצר או להחזירו בתמורה לזיכוי לרכישה עתידית בתוך 14 ימים ממועד רכישתו, בליווי הוכחת קנייה (חשבונית או פתק החלפה), ובלבד שהמוצר לא נפגם, לא נעשה בו כל שימוש והוא מוחזר באריזתו המקורית.
לא ניתן להחליף פריטים אשר הוסרה מהם תווית המחיר (אטיקט) או אשר עברו תיקון.
החזרה בעזרת שליחות-
עבור משלוח לשאר העולם, תקוזז מההחזר שלך עלות עבור המשלוח בסך $30.
עבור החזרת משלוח בישראל, תקוזז מההחזר שלך 30 ש"ח עבור עלות משלוח.
ניתן גם לבצע החזרה בשינקין 43, תל אביב, ללא עלות נוספת.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation).
The right to cancel applies to products priced above NIS 50, provided they are returned within the timeframes and under the conditions specified by law, accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or exchange slip), and provided that the item has not been damaged or used and is returned in its original packaging.
The company may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
For online purchases:
Cancellation is possible within 14 days from the date the product was received, or from the date the transaction agreement/disclosure document was received, whichever is later.
For in-store purchases:
Cancellation is possible from the date of purchase until the end of two days following the purchase date, excluding days of rest.
Returns & Exchanges
Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or exchange slip), provided that the item has not been damaged or used and is returned in its original packaging.
Items cannot be exchanged or returned if the price tag has been removed or if the item has been altered.
Returns by Courier
International returns:
A $30 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returns within Israel:
A NIS 30 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
You may also return your order to our store at 43 Shenkin St., Tel Aviv, free of charge.
